This set of exercises is aimed at the articular warm-up of the whole body before more intense physical activity.
With this whole body warm-up, you will help your heart work faster. Your blood circulation will be accelerated. You will gently wake up all the muscles of the body. Warming up before a workout will help you feel energized and full of energy.
Listen to your body as you warm up. When exercising, do nothing through the pain. Follow your feelings, do not tolerate discomfort.
