MUGEN: '94-ish Ryu gets more '94-ish
I found this hilariously satisfying KOF 94 styled Ryu but decided that he wasn't quite 94 styled enough. If you've ever played KOF 94, you know that every fire attack causes an explosion for some reason. Thanks to the work of David Demianoff and some reverse engineering, I was able to get a nice KOF 94 looking explosion for Ryu's HCF+P fireball.
