Given the audio and all the fun and fishy fed stuff involved, I’d say the CIA is the most likely culprit, helped as they have pretty much always been in the last 20 years, by the FBI. Most of these mentally ill lunatics who shoot up places would get laughed out of a gun store, somebody pushed them over the edge and armed them. The only ones with the vested interest in such a think of course being the more shady parts of the government, have to give the politicians some excuse or other to steal fundamental human rights, notably the ones that protects
the others.
Feds legitimately being the most likely culprit in the rise of mass shootings is of course the source of a not small amount of humor given how little we can do about the government. Vegas was quite bold and obvious in none of the story making any sense.
