The Whiskey of the North makes a trip to the the tasters in the Southwest! We try all five of Traverse City's standards, including their Bourbon of the North, their Port Barrel Finish, their Barrel Proof, their North Coast Rye, and finally their Cherry Edition. Look, bottom line is this company is fantastic and is making some awesome spirits, so hopefully they can carry on the tradition for the next hundred years or so!
