Zoom How to disable whiteboard preview in email notifications
you must have Administrator privileges on the Zoom web portal.
step by steps:
1. Click Account Management then Account Settings.
2. Click the Whiteboard tab.
3. Under Other Settings, click the Send whiteboard preview in notifications toggle to enable or disable it.
