Little Tokyo has been announced as one of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places. As it continues to be threatened by a rapidly developing downtown LA, legacy businesses like @suehirocafelittletokyo have been forced to relocate.
❤️ Suehiro Cafe, 53-year-old restaurant was one of the OLDEST RESTAURANTS in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. These efforts were fueled by the dreams of two sisters from Japan, Junko and Yuriko - the founders of SUEHIRO CAFE. Today, the restaurant is owned and operate by Kenji Suzuki, Junko's son and his family.
❤️ In collaboration with Suehiro, we are humbled to have the opportunity to explore themes of cultural preservation and sustainability through priceless fashion.
