How to solve ms settings display this file does not have an app associated with it :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,what does it meaning and why this issue occurs?.
2.Some time this is occurs due to previously installed windows update.
3.So if you like to fix this issue,just uninstall the previously installed windows updates.
4.And then open your command prompt.
5.And execute i mentioned three commands.
6.So after you done this processes,and one time restart your windows platform.
7.So i hope after the restarting is completed,this problem is solved in permanently.
