The lovely long dark haired actress in question is Pilar Seurat; she plays a " underground leader " who is due to meet a small team from " Seaview ". The scene itself is aboard the " flying sub " ( it's underwater and stationary for clandestine operations ) with " Sharkey " ( a Chief Petty Officer ) and " Kowalski "; both of whom have changed into " greens " for land action.
