Short video showing off the new Singed passive "Slipstream" - now testing on PBE in 7.14 cycle. This now works on ally and enemy champions.

"Singed will draft off of nearby (enemy) champions, gaining 20% movement speed for 2 seconds."

Be aware PBE content is tentative and what you see here may change prior to live release, if it releases at all.
