"Mettaton Does an Oopsie" Animation Process
Rough Animatic - Involves figuring out the camera angles/camera moves, character acting, music sync, and lighting concepts. Usually you don't animate at this point but I did rough animation here for music syncing purposes.
Partial Animation - Cleaned and refined Mettaton's animation, added in some rough backgrounds from my BG artist
Finished Animation - Cleaned and refined animation of extras and crowd, went into the Mettaton animation and smoothed out some rough lines, put in the BG artist's backgrounds. Everything at this point has been done in Flash (except for BG's, which were done by the BG artist in Photoshop)
Comp - Separated the scenes into their own files, exported out individual elements in each scene, went into the Mettaton animation and fixed the line width in shot 04, reassembled the scenes in After Effects to add lighting and shadows
