Testing out 3 cool @safaripedals : Dragon EQ, Rabbit Tape and Camel Strip
I just love the concept of virtual effect pedals for my DAW. It has a quick and laser focus tone driven way of looking at music. Pedals usually do 1 thing well. That's why you combine many of them in a pedal board to create the sound you want. They are part of the creative process not the mixing process. (at least in my view.) In this video we test out 3 virtual pedals from Safari Pedals.
-Dragon EQ : a three frequencies EQ with each having freq control and drive.
-Rabbit Tape: Recreating the artifacts of recording to tape : Pro Reel to Reel or cassette. you can affect the sound in subtle or extreme ways.
-Camele strip: a Channel strip (from a mixer) with Input drive, 3 band EQ (3 eq algorythms), Gate, compressor ( 3 compressor' algorythms) and more.
