Walking Tour of Harvard’s Psychedelic History
Join CSWR psychedelics and spirituality program leads Jeffrey Breau and Paul Gillis-Smith, who will stitch together figures as far back as Ralph Waldo Emerson, little-known heroes of ‘60s drug culture, to contemporary felons, fugitives, and academics on the Walking Tour of Harvard’s Psychedelic History.
Paul and Jeff are program leads for psychedelics and spirituality at the Center for the Study of World Religions. This is a new iteration of a walking tour of Harvard's psychedelic history. This tour began under the auspices of a course taught by Christian Greer, a former postdoctoral fellow at the CSWR, and we are thankful for his guidance as well as the contributions of our peers in its earlier iterations. You can find that tour on all podcast platforms entitled Harvard Psychedelic Walking Tour, and we encourage you to visit the sites for yourself. So, without further ado, let us embark on this tour in place of Harvard's psychedelic history.
