Below the poverty line: the struggle of India's poorest
The World Bank is raising its benchmark measurement of poverty from $1.25 per day, to $1.90.
It's the largest hike since 1990 when it was one dollar.
The new rate will likely adds millions more to the ranks of the poor, but some believe that even this new rate is too low.
