It's so easy to grill a whole chicken! In this video, we show how it's done on a Weber grill. If you have good quality, pasture raised chicken, no seasoning or turning is needed, and they are just about impossible to overcook.
Here is the white sauce recipe we mention in the video:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 egg, preferably from pastured laying hens, as they create a thicker sauce
Combine all in a blender an blend until smooth and frothy. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
