Denver's Globeville and Elyria-Swansea (GES) neighborhoods have been called the most polluted zip code in America. The average tree canopy in Denver is 25%. In GES, it's 5%.

Learn about the GES Tree Planting Project - a community-led project that aims to increase tree canopy and provide the benefits of trees directly to the community.

This project is supported by partners including The Nature Conservancy and The Park People.
